Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. The exact rate for expedited shipping will depend on the delivery address and the weight of the items in your order.

Same-Day Shipping: We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, depending on product availability and shipping carrier restrictions. This service is available for a small fee, and the order must be placed on a business day.

Shipping Charges: While standard shipping is free, expedited and same-day shipping options will incur additional charges based on the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery address. You can view your shipping charges before completing your checkout.
3. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: After you place your order, it will typically take 1-2 business days to process. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay in processing.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either reship the items or offer a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging for processing a replacement or refund.
